Seattle’s premier wine and food showcase will be returning on February 20-21, 2016 with two back-to-back epicurean events, and tickets go on sale today.

“The Seattle Wine and Food Experience connects producers to enthusiasts and supports the community,” said Jamie Peha, event producer and president of Peha Promotions. The 2016 experience is the eighth annual show and benefits Les Dames d’Escoffier as it features a number of talented authors, chefs, brewers and winemakers from the benefactor. “I can’t wait to share more details as the event evolves daily and is becoming an entire weekend of culinary immersion.” said Peha.

Pop! Bubbles & Seafood, presented by Seattle Magazine on Saturday, February 20 will be held at the luxurious McCaw Hall and brings together the bounty of Pacific Northwest seafood for a one-of-a kind Seattle experience. Many of the region’s top culinary talent will prepare tasty bites using fresh and sustainable seafood from the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and local seafood companies.

Seattle Caviar along with The Oyster Room presented by Taylor Shellfish is sure to be a hit with multiple varieties to taste while exploring new preparations and recipes. Cynthia Nims, president of Les Dames d’Escoffier Seattle Chapter, cookbook author and culinary expert will debut her new book Oysters! Recipes that Bring Home a Taste of the Sea.

New this year is the Reserve Red Room and the Chocolate Salon by Cacao Barry.
