OystersPOP! BUBBLES & SEAFOOD

SWFE weekend kicks off with the 3rd Annual POP! Bubbles & Seafood on Friday, February 24 at the elegant McCaw Hall! This event features the Pacific Northwest’s bounty of seafood from salmon and clams to oysters and shrimp from Seattle’s best restaurants and seafood companies. To pair with your seafood bites enjoy sips from more than 30 sparkling wines from around the world including Washington sparkling wines, Champagne, Spanish Cava, Italian Prosecco, Alsatian Cremant and more. Cold beer, chilled cider, refreshing white wines and a selection of premium red wines will round out the beverages for the evening.

 

COMFORT

Seattle Wine and Food Experience weekend continues on Saturday February 25, 2017. Make your way to Fremont Foundry for the weekend’s NEWEST addition, Comfort! Cozy up with Seattle’s best feel-good foods and crafty brews from Mac and Cheese to fried chicken, beer, cider, hot toddies and more! Indulge on sweet and savory bites from local gastropubs and taverns while sipping on a diverse array of craft beverages. Tasty features include fry bar, Blood Mary buffet and full pours from select vendors.

 

 

Grand TASTING

Round out the weekend on Sunday February 26 at The Grand Tasting.  is the premier showcase for wine, beverage, food and lifestyle in the Northwest. Wines from the Northwest and beyond are featured along with local and regional beer, cider and spirits. Food is a major highlight and includes top culinary talent serving gourmet bites. Guests stroll through the event as they taste through diverse wines and learn first hand directly from the producers. Other features include artisan food purveyors, sensory experiences, educational elements and more. This popular sell-out weekend attracts 3,200 enthusiasts including trade and media.
